LIMITED THIRTY-DAY WARRANTY

This product is warranted by Outside The Box, Inc. (OTB) against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase from OTB and authorized OTB franchisees and dealers.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, OTB MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN. EXCEPT AS PROVIDE HEREIN, OTB SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES THAT ARISE FROM THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF TIME, DATA, PROPERTY, REVENUE, OR PROFIT OR ANY INDIRECT SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF OTB HAD BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

What we will do:  We will, at our sole option, repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable period of time free of charge.

What we will not do:  Pay shipping or transportation charges from you to us.

What you must do to obtain Warranty Service: 

1. Return product with proof of purchase from an authorized Solitude AIS (SLT-AIS) or Race Quiet (RQ) dealer to that same SLT-AIS or RQ dealer in compliance with said dealer's return and/or defective product policy, or: 2. Return product with proof of purchase from an authorized SLT-AIS or RQ dealer directly to Outside The Box, Inc.  If you elect to return the product directly to Outside The Box, Inc. the following procedures must be followed: 

a) Contact Outside The Box, Inc., for specific return and shipping instructions, which will include but not be limited to;

*Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number;

*Return the product within 15 business days of RMA assignment.
