Repairs:

If you need a repair you may email us using the submission form below or you may phone us at 704-583-1100.  You may also fax in your information at 704-583-1122.

Once your information has been reviewed we will provide you with a RA # (repair authorization) and you may send your headset to the address provided below.

We will repair or replace (if within warranty) at our sole discression.  Repairs may have a small fee depending on the type of repair needed or the age of the headset.
